Pledging Your Support

If the success and the sustainability of a stable Monastic Community is something that is importance to you, please consider becoming a pledging member. Your monthly pledged-support helps us support members of our monastic community, maintain our existing buildings and meet our monthly operating expenses, be able to provide translation services when required during teaching and initiations, support for our guest and visiting teachers, acquire ritual items and Dharma material, and reproduce Dharma texts for our monks and lay members. You can also designate that your offering be used for a specific purpose, and if you would like to make a tax deductible contribution, there are various ways to do so:

On-site Offerings: You can  place your offering in the donation box located in our prayer space.

Offerings by Mail:  Mail your check or money order in US dollars made payable to: Dagom Geden Kunkyob Ling Monastery, 2123 N. Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202, USA. Please do not mail cash.

Please be sure to include your name and contact information for tax purposes. However, please note that under the law offerings made directly to monastics as personal offerings are not tax deductible.

Thus for everything that lives,
As far as are the limits of the sky,
May I be constantly their source of livelihood
Until they pass beyond all sorrow.

This is a very simple way to support the monastery.

You can make such distribution monthly or you can make a lump sum offering annually.

For sentient beings, poor and destitute,
May I become a treasure ever-plentiful,
And lie before them closely in their reach,
A varied source of all that they might need.
